Important Information about your COVID-19 Booster

We have started our COVID booster vaccinations for the most vulnerable groups via our local hub sites within our PCN (Primary Care Network).

Eligible patients will be contacted either by text message, phone or post as soon as you are eligible and subject to vaccine stock.
